With over 25 years of executive leadership in supply chain and operations, Sanjay brings a transformational approach to innovation and growth at Sprint Source. A results-driven leader, he is recognized for his expertise in supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, and a strong focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Sanjay's cross-industry experience—spanning manufacturing, interior construction, automotive, and industrial services—uniquely equips him to navigate the complexities of today's global supply chains. His systems-oriented thinking and deep industry knowledge enable sustainable, data-driven improvements in operational performance.
A thoroughly trained supply chain professional and former Senior Director of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Change Management, Sanjay has led major supply chain and operations related transformation initiatives across several manufacturing, retail and construction companies. His leadership has been pivotal in building resilient, future-ready supply chains that align with technological advancements, environmental sustainability, and evolving customer expectations.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with distinction. This strong technical foundation, combined with his strategic insight, allows him to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions across the value chain.
